Ingredients

  • Potatoes cut into small cubes and soaked in water,  2 medium.

  • Carrots cut into small cubes 1 medium

  • Green peas 1/4 cup

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 50 gms

  • Brown bread slices 3

  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp

  • Tomato puree 1/4 cup

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp

Method

1. Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds when seeds began to change the color add potatoes, carrots, salt, and turmeric powder and mix them.

2. Cut the cheese into small cubes, tear the brown bread slices and grind them.

3. Add coriander leaves, red chili powder, ginger paste and 1 cup water to the vegetables.

4. Cover and cook till the vegetables are done.

5. Add green peas, potato, and tomato puree and bread crumbs and mix them well, cook them till the vegetables are done.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
