2. Mash the potato well. Add chopped onion and all the masala powders together - Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, salt and finally the Coriander Leaves. Mix this thoroughly.
3. After mixing this is how it looks! Already yummy 🙂
4. Take a small bowl and place the 3 tbsp maida inside and add 3 to 4 tbsp (small quantity) to maida and mix well. Just a small quantity of water to dissolve the maida completely is enough.
5. Add 1 cup breadcrumbs to another plate. Add Chilli flakes and Italian seasoning to it and mix well to form the seasoning.
Frying the Potato:
1. Now we come to the real deal. Place a frying pan and pour the oil to fry the lollipop. Have the potato mix, maida solution and the Seasoning mix (Bread crumbs, Chilli Flakes, Italian Seasoning mixture).
2. Apply little oil in your hands so that potato does not stick in your hand. Now take the potato mix and make small balls of potato, shouldn't be too small or too large.
3. Now dip the balls in maida solution and place it on the seasoning to mix well so that the bread crumbs with chili flakes form a nice layer around the potato ball.
4. Make all the potato balls seasoned this way and this makes them ready to fry!
